こんにちは。

小菅ゼミ3年生の品川瑞樹です。

12月に入って寒さが一段と増しましたね。

風邪をひかないように、手洗いうがいR-1を徹底し、クレベリンを持ち歩いています👼

皆さんも体調管理に気をつけてください。

 

さて、ゼミ活動では先日、追試研究が完成し、4グループの発表を行いました。

自分たちの研究だけでなく、他の3グループの追試研究の調査の過程、

結果、考察を知ることができ、卒論へ繋げることができていると感じています。

 

私は岡君とペアを組んで選手のリーダーシップについて研究・発表をしました。

結果、2つのテーマが現れ、選手のリーダーには視野の広さが必要なことと、

他の選手と親密な関係性が高いほど情報の共有ができることが明らかになりました。

 

ここで得た結果を卒論だけでなく、自分の生活の中で活かして行こうと思います！

 

話しは変わりますが二年生はゼミ選択が終わったのではないかと思います。

小菅ゼミは課題は多く大変ですが、学びへの意欲がある学生が集まっており、

グローバルな思考や、プレゼン能力、挑戦力がつくゼミだと思っています！

それが表す通り、先輩方の就職先も消防を筆頭に、国家公務員や海外青年協力隊員、

大企業などとかなりいい感じです👴🏾

 

ぜひ一緒に小菅ゼミで自分を成長させていきましょう！！！

 

現在は卒論に向けての準備、来日している外国の方へのインタビューなどに取り組んでいます！

私と岡くんと宮野くんは先日インタビューに行ってきました！

Hello.

I’m Mizuki Shinagawa, a junior of Kosuga Seminar.

It started to get December…

I have been very careful not to catch a cold,

thoroughly wash gargle, drinking R -1, carrying Kureberin with me👼

Please take care of yourself!

 

In our seminar, we all worked on replication studies, and we presented our results.

I feel that I learned, not only their own research but also the process, results,

and considerations about studies of other groups, which I can use for my graduation thesis.

 

Oka and I did a study and a presentation on athletes’ leadership.

As the result, two themes appeared. For athlete leaders, the broadness of vision is necessary and that good relationships with other athletes are important for the information to be shared.

I think that I can utilize the results obtained here to my thesis and my life!

 

So the sophomore has just finished selecting seminars.

Kosuga seminar have many assignments, but I think that students who are willing to learn are here,

and this is a place to learn global thinking, presentation ability and ability to challenge!

Our alumni have been very successful in their careers.

They have been fire fighters, government employees, overseas youth cooperation volunteers,

big companies, etc .👴🏾

Let’s work together to grow ourselves!

 

Currently I am working on preparation for my graduation thesis,

interviews with foreigners who are coming to Japan!

Oka, Miyano and I went to interview the other day!
